I have a life-long interest in high quality educational access for all people willing to learn.

With several new schools and a new superintendent Lincoln Public School District is beginning a new chapter in its history. Technology is available for live civics experiences via satellite, lesson plans with interactive video, and one-on-one computer lessons. The method and the substance of teaching should resemble the era in which we live. All the schools have high tech options and the classroom schedules can reflect that benefit from computer-student interface with team teaching to improve concentration and subject retention.

Recent city growth has resulted in the construction of many new schools serving developing neighborhoods. For each new facility the future focus is what happens inside those schools. My intention is to take a strong interest in support of the

1) teachers who are the face of human potential to the students

2) the method and substance of educational results and

3) the best use of tax dollars which deserve state support.

The mission of LPS is to create a foundation for students to become life-long learners. The district needs a student environment to serve a 21st century economy by educating a 21st century workforce. The LPS schools district needs to find a person who can vote on all issues which concern the district and the board.
